April 2024, I quit my full-time job to build my own businesses. No VC money. No co-founder. No technical skills. Just me, an idea, and a stubbornness that borders on clinical.
My main business is a premium sporting goods brand on Shopify. Physical products, global fulfillment, 25+ countries. Did over $150k in its first full year.
But getting there meant 7 months of zero income after quitting. Zero. I kept going because I believed in what I was building.
